We are investigating an issue where the Contentful Insights Dashboard is failing to load for customers.

Our monitoring systems have detected an outage of Contentful Docs (https://www.contentful.com/developers/docs/) we're investigating the nature and the cause of the outage and we'll update this incident as we have more details

We are investigating issues with advanced caching (specifically Stale While Revalidate (SWR)). We have identified the issue and are working towards a resolution.

Some customers are seeing CORS preflight failures when requesting cross-space references on CDA through webbrowsers. We've identified the cause and are working on resolution.
